Affiliate Program Terms
These terms summarize the rules for participating in the Skills Junky affiliate program. They are designed to keep promotions clear, compliant, and fair for affiliates, buyers, and Skills Junky.
Participation
Skills Junky may approve, decline, suspend, or remove affiliates at its discretion. Affiliates are independent promoters and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Skills Junky.
Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship wherever they share a Skills Junky link or code, including in the same post, page, video, message, or promotion and before or near the link.
Allowed Promotion
Affiliates may share approved referral links and truthful descriptions of Skills Junky products. Promotions must follow applicable laws, platform rules, and these program terms.
Prohibited Promotion
Affiliates may not use spam, misleading discounts, fake urgency, unauthorized coupon language, impersonation, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, self-referrals unless approved, deceptive ads, fake reviews, or claims that guarantee income, legal, medical, compliance, security, ranking, revenue, or business outcomes.
Commissions
Commissions apply only to valid, tracked, eligible purchases made through an active referral link or code. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, tracking abuse, internal test orders, or non-compliant promotion may cause commissions to be adjusted, withheld, canceled, or reversed.
Payouts
Payouts are subject to the commission rate, hold period, minimum payout threshold, payment method, tax/payment setup, and manual review shown in the affiliate dashboard or communicated by Skills Junky.
Program Changes
Skills Junky may update rates, eligible products, payout rules, attribution rules, promotional requirements, or these terms. Continued participation after updates means the affiliate accepts the updated program rules.
Brand Use
Affiliates may use Skills Junky names, product names, and approved assets only to promote the program truthfully. Affiliates may not register confusing domains, handles, ads, or materials that imply ownership of the brand.
