1. About Our Products

Skills Junky sells digital products — downloadable bundles of instruction files, reference guides, and configuration templates designed for use with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini. Our products are digital files delivered via download. They are not hosted services, software-as-a-service, API access, or subscriptions.

2. Account Creation

You may need to create an account to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed on the site at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect completed orders.

4. License Grant

When you purchase a product, we grant you a license to use the files according to the license type included with your purchase:

• Personal License — You may use the product for your own personal or internal business use.
• Commercial License — You may use the product in client work or commercial projects, subject to the specific terms stated in the product listing.

In all cases, the license is non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may not sublicense the product to others.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased files with anyone who has not purchased their own license
• Publish the raw files (in whole or in substantial part) in any public repository, marketplace, or distribution channel
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying methodology for the purpose of creating a competing product
• Use the products for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent the origin of the products or claim authorship of our work

6. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable after download.

However, we stand behind our products. If you experience a genuine quality issue — such as missing files, corrupted downloads, or a product that is materially different from its listing description — contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All products, content, branding, and materials on Skills Junky are the intellectual property of Black Orchid Technology LLC or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product files — it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

The Skills Junky name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Black Orchid Technology LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. User Content

If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content to our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content for business purposes including display on our site and in marketing materials.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any product will produce specific results or remain compatible with any third-party AI platform indefinitely.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Orchid Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product at issue.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Orchid Technology LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use any purchased products survives, but your access to the site and account features may be revoked.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

15. Severability
